Restoration Community Outreach was founded in 2014 by Angela Dorsey-Miller out of her passion to help the under-served in her community. She has personally witnessed the spread of poverty in her area. Founded on values like compassion, respect, responsibility, and intergrity, Restoration Outreach seeks to provide various resources to support our community as a whole. We aim to create a culture of acceptance of and service for all people.
